6West Dark Roast**
This coffee is from the region Huehuetenango in Guatemala. We like to take this roast into the second crack, which brings on subtle dark fruit flavors such as fig and plum, which then give way to a syrupy dark chocolate sweetness. Even at this darker level, this coffee holds nicely onto a tangy citrus zip of acidity. This makes for a great everyday coffee, and will hold nicely onto its flavor with cream.
