This coffee is always changing, as this depends on what the Farmer decides to blend. The goal with the Farm blend is to give you a great everyday coffee, that will be a crowd pleaser. This blend consists of a few different coffees, so the elevation, process, and varietal will be different.
Our current Farm blend's base is Colombian, with a touch of a Dried Process Ethiopian. This blend gives off great flavor notes of chocolate taffy, cinnamon, and cocao, with a really bright finish. We like to roast this coffee into second crack, which gives it a great body with a balanced chocolatey and dark fruit finish. This coffee holds its flavor very nicely with cream.
